Måndag och Tisdag (20-21/1) kommer OVK* att utföras på alla bostäder i flerfamiljshusen.
Vi vill därför att alla sätter sina lås i serviceläge dessa två dagar (om Ni inte är hemma). Serviceläge får Ni genom att utifrån vrida Er nyckel till ca klockan 10 och sedan ta ut nyckeln. OBS: har Ni larm ska detta vara avstängt.

* Obligatorisk Ventilationskontroll
OVK-besiktning betyder obligatorisk ventilationskontroll. Lagen om OVK kom 1992 för att säkerställa att ventilationen fungerar såsom det var tänkt när den togs i bruk.

Monday and Tuesday (20-21/1) ventilation vill be reviewed by OVK** in the apartments (house 1-7).

Hence, we want you all to set your locks in service mode (if you’re not at home). Service mode is set by from the outside turn your key to approximately 10 o’clock and then drag your key out. Note! If you have a home alarm, this must be turned off.

OVK is since 1992 required by law. Done with the purpose to control that the ventilation works as it was designed/constructed.
